The Roots Endurance Team is nearing the completion of our inaugural session. We’ve seen some awesome results across the board and several of the athletes are preparing to test their new CFE fitness in Spring and Summer races and adventure events. I have tons of confidence in both their fitness and their mental toughness after watching them unflinchingly take on the best and worst that CrossFit Endurance has to offer.
Roots will offer an 8-week Summer Endurance Session that will kick off in June. If you are ready to join the ranks of the Roots Endurance Team, now is your chance. The Team trains 4 times a week as part of a closed program that combines CrossFit Endurance running workouts with CrossFit strength and conditioning workouts to form a complete endurance training program. Because the workouts are complimentary and progressive across the session, you must commit to the entire program in order to participate. Additional workouts (1-2/week) in regular Roots WODs are also included and encouraged. The program is not easy but it is scalable to all fitness levels and you won’t find a more supportive, encouraging environment.
