November 10th – Skirt Skurry 5K, 9:30am
This coming weekend the Roots Crew is headed to the Skirt Skurry 5K in south Boulder. We have purchased 50 spots for Roots athletes to do this 5K. Sign-up on MBO for this coming Saturday to reserve a spot. Read more about it here.
November 12th – Women’s Only Program Free Class, 10AM
Come learn about the Women’s Only Program at Roots. The Women’s Only Program is offering a free introductory class on Monday, Nov 12 at 10AM. Do you have a friend or neighbor that would like to do CrossFit but is intimidated by regular group classes? How about your wife or girlfriend? Maybe you are just curious about what this program is all about. The Women’s Only Program is 100% CrossFit with a little less roughness around the edges. It is a supportive, coached program for women of all athletic abilities and fitness levels who are ready to work hard and get results. Join us at 8:30 or 9:30am for another year of a surprising, fun, and somewhat crazy Turkey workout. It doesn’t offset what you eat at the table that night, but it sure is fun!
