135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Report rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

What is this place?!  A year ago last week, Roots moved to its current location.  Over the years, whenever we have had an anniversary, moved, or had a special event, we have done The Chief.  Enjoy today’s workout, it’s a great one!
