You’re all in luck! Today you get to do the CrossFit Total.
What is the CrossFit Total and why should you want to lift heavy stuff, you ask? Read this! It’s your one stop shop for all that is the CrossFit Total.
Plan to arrive ON TIME today so that we can get everyone through all three lifts within the hour time frame. Each of you need to be on you A game. That means: figure out what weight you want your next lift to be PRIOR to it being your turn, help others load and unload weight on the bar, and stay focused on the task at hand, which is lifting heavy stuff!
Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser - if you missed the info, check out yesterday’s post for details. In short, Everyone should do this event - it’s for a great cause, you’ll get in an extra great Saturday workout, and you can meet and mingle with our fellow CF friends in Broomfield. As Emily would say, “DO IT.”
