Last week while coaching the 6pm class on Wednesday, a wild group of workout bandits ran in from the back of the shop. Before I could figure out just exactly what was taking place they had organized into four lines and were CrossFit dancing to the song Push It (incase you’re not familiar with this Salt n’ Pepa classic, you can listen to it here.)
It took me longer than what you might think most expecting individuals would take to realize that this was a Flash Mob Baby Shower (video included above).
I have to admit that as I watched the performance and realized just how much time and preparation had gone in to this final masterpiece that I started to tear up. Nervous though that if I started to cry (even if tears of joy and happiness) that everyone might stop the performance, I tried to hold myself together!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who contributed to the evening. I will always remember it.
And incase you’re wondering just how they put this performance together, you can read a full recap on Tara’s Blog!
