Coming this Fall: Cyclo-CrossFit at Roots

Want to rule the cyclocross season this fall?  Check out the Roots fall Cyclocross program Рwhere bike trainers and CrossFit come together.

The program will take the tenets of a strong general physical preparedness program and tailor it to the needs of a cyclocross athlete. The structure of the program is designed to improve strength, agility, and stamina with a focus on cyclocross specific movement and metabolic pathways.

Program Length:
August 12th through October 14th

Program Meeting Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30am

Program Cost:
$150.00 per month (billed on the 15th for two months).  Replaces regular group membership.
