Coming this Fall: Cyclo-CrossFit at Roots
Want to rule the cyclocross season this fall? Check out the Roots fall Cyclocross program – where bike trainers and CrossFit come together.
The program will take the tenets of a strong general physical preparedness program and tailor it to the needs of a cyclocross athlete. The structure of the program is designed to improve strength, agility, and stamina with a focus on cyclocross specific movement and metabolic pathways.
August 12th through October 14th
Program Meeting Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30am
$150.00 per month (billed on the 15th for two months). Replaces regular group membership.
