Thursday, September 26th – FINAL Cool Cruel Summer Benchmark Workout and Happy Hour
Say farewell to summer Roots style! Test a spicy benchmark workout and stick around for happy hour and dinner! We will be running heats from 4:30-7pm and Nick n’ Willy’s chicken and salad combos will be available for sign-up one week in advance. Please show up by 6:30 to put yourself in a heat! *Please note: we accidentally listed it as the 21st in the Newsletter – it’s on Thursday the 26th!*

Take your fitness outside! All Saturday and Sunday classes will be held at North Boulder Park for the October edition of Park Workout Weekends. Sign up on MBO. Classes will meet at the southwest corner of the park.
