Barbara is a benchmark workout.  It’s also an interval-based workout and has a fantastic ability to mimic 800m repeats in regard to how hard athletes are breathing during the 4th and 5th rounds.

Today in warm-up, we’ll help athletes scale the number of pull-ups and push-ups so the work to rest interval stays somewhat consistent.
