Run 800 meters
225 pound Front squat, 5 reps
Run 200 meters
11 Chest to bar pull-ups
Run 400 meters
12 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
It’s Cold Out. It Could Be Colder.
It would be easy to hit the snooze button at 5:30am this morning. You could easily hit the “late cancel” button for the 7:30am class. And you certainly could make the argument that despite the sun, it’s still too freakin’ cold to workout at noon.
You could also come in and do work. Maybe it won’t be your best effort, maybe it will. But you’ll have checked the box and have a better day for it…and in the process, you’ll have earned a little bit of pride for what you do at Roots and who you do it with.
