Women’s Only Program Free Class & Intro!
Join us for a Free Class and Info Session about our Women’s Only Program on Monday, January 6th @ 10:30 am.
There will be a short talk on “What is CrossFit?” and how it specifically relates to women’s training, health, and well-being as well as a short workout. No experience is necessary, all ages and ability levels are welcome.

The next Women’s Only On-Ramp will run Monday, January 13th – Thursday, January 23rd. It meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am for 2 weeks. The cost is $150 for the 6 sessions.
In On-Ramp, you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit as well as the skills necessary to join the Women’s classes. Private On-Ramp is also available, please email Ali.
The Women’s Only program meets Monday – Friday at 10:30 am.
