Check out that list. Scroll through the names of the Roots crew of athletes and there’s probably someone on that list that you workout with on a daily basis. Ask them why they signed up for the Open. And then maybe, sign-up yourself!
Remember, if you come to class on Friday, at ANY TIME OF DAY, you’ll be doing the CrossFit Open workout anyways, so why not log your score so you have a way to gauge your CrossFit progress this time next year.
