10 1-minute rounds of:
315-lb. deadlifts, 3 reps
60-yard shuttle sprint (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)
Max reps burpee

Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Score is number of burpees completed each round.

The 2014 CrossFit Roots Harvest Hoedown

It’s gourd season CrossFitters, and the next best thing to pumpkin chunkin is a good old fashioned fall hoedown.

And what better place to throwdown than along the beautiful front range mountains in Boulder Colorado?!

Roots is pleased to announce the Harvest Hoedown on Saturday, October 11th. 

Come join us for a fun-filled day of CrossFit WODs with lots of cool prizes for both athletes and spectators alike!

This is a one day competition. We want it to be inclusive so if you were able to complete the CrossFit Open you should be well equipped to handle what we’ll throw at you. Bring your best opposite sex workout partner because this will be a partner competition (1 male and 1 female). And lastly, we want to crown the most well-rounded CrossFit Coed Pair so be prepared to be tested in all 10 of the general physical skills in 3 different workouts.
