2015 Annual Thanksgiving Shit Show

In teams of four, complete:
AMRAP 7 minutes:
7 wallball 
7 burpee
– rest 2 minutes – 
AMRAP 7 minutes: 
Using one barbell, find your team’s combined 1 rep max power clean
– rest 2 minutes – 
AMRAP 7 minutes:
Sled push 25 yards

15 slam balls
10 pull-ups
– rest 2 minutes – 
For time:
Enter the gauntlet.  
Each team member completes 20 burpees, followed by 45 thrusters (55/35)

Workout Descriptions and Details: 

Seagram’s Seven
AMRAP 7 minutes:

7 wallball (20/14)
7 burpee
ALL four team members working independently at the same time with their own wallball.  Sore is total combined rounds completed. 

Power What?  Power Who?
AMRAP 7 minutes: 
Using one barbell, find your team’s combined 1 rep max power clean.  Each team member can take as many attempts as they would like within the 7 minute time period.  One barbell per team!

Santa’s Sled
AMRAP 7 minutes:
Sled push 25 yards

15 slam balls
10 pull-ups
Only one partner can be working at each station at a time; however, teammates can “play through” another teammate if that person stops working at a certain station, allows the other teammate to complete the work for that station, and then picks up where they left off.  Score is total rounds completed for all teammates.

Grand Finale
For time:
Enter the gauntlet.  
Each team member completes 20 burpees, followed by 45 thrusters (55/35).  Next teammate cannot start the burpees until the person in front of them has moved on to the thrusters.  Each teammate must use 35 or 55 pounds.
