Stand Up Kids

We spend the first few years of our kids lives teaching them to walk and talk, then when they get to school, we tell them to sit down and be quiet. Well, it looks like sitting for a most of the day increases risk for heart disease, diabetes, orthopedic issues and will literally shorten lives… so does smoking.
