In teams of four, complete the follow three ten minute segments back to back and in any order:
TC Shout Out
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Partner Deadlift (315, 225, 155)
Rope Climb
Burpee Over Box, 24″
Speed Clean Ladder
Over the course of ten minutes, each teammate will take two :40 second attempts to work as far as possible through the speed clean ladder. If you arrive at the last weight before the minute is up, accumulate as many reps as possible at that load.
Two Ups and a Row
Complete as many rounds as possible in ten minutes of:
Row 250m
25 Abmat sit-ups
10 pull-ups

THE NITTY GRITTY:

TC Shout Out
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Partner Deadlift (315, 225, 155)
Rope Climb
Burpee Over Box, 24″

Details: Each team will have ONE rope and ONE barbell. There will be one communal box wall for all teams to use. Teams will decide on which of three weights to do for their partner deadlifts (315, 225, 155). All team members can be working at the same time in this workout. Distribute team members throughout exercises and rotate as needed.

Scoring: 1 point for every burpee, 2 points for every deadlift, 3 points for every rope climb

Speed Clean Ladder
In ten minutes, each teammate will take two :40 SECOND attempts to work as far as possible through the speed clean ladder. If you arrive at the last weight before the :40 seconds is up, accumulate as many reps as possible at that load.

Details: There will be three different speed clean ladders. Men’s RX, Women’s RX/Men’s Scaled, Women’s Scaled. Each teammate has two attempts of :40 seconds to work through a clean ladder as fast as possible. Should an athlete get to the end of a clean ladder, they will rep out as many cleans at the final weight as possible until the :40 is up. Should an athlete get to a point where they cannot do the next weight in the ladder, they will go back to the previous bar and rep out as many cleans as possible in the remaining time. 

Men’s RX: 135, 155, 175, 190, 200
Women’s RX: 95, 115, 125, 135, 145
Scaled: 46, 65, 85, 105, 115

Scoring: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 points for each successful clean up the ladder. 2 points for every clean repped out after failing a load or reaching the end of the ladder.

Two Ups and a Row
Complete as many rounds as possible of:
Row 250m
25 Abmat sit-ups
10 pull-ups

Details: In this workout each team will have one erg, one abmat, and one pull-up space. Three of four teammates can be working at a time. Each teammate works through the triplet accumulating as many rounds as possible. Should an athlete catch another athlete in the rotation, the “chasing” athlete may “play through.” To do this, the athlete caught must stop all work and allow the next athlete to do all reps in the exercise and move on at which point the caught athlete may resume working through the reps in that movement. 

Score: Total rounds completed for each athlete on the team.
