What’s the most difficult time of the year for athletes to maintain the health and fitness that they’ve worked so hard for over the year? The HOLIDAYS! Lots of parties, late nights, drinks, sweets, and a hectic holiday schedule that sometimes overrides workouts make for a January 1st that can be less than inspiring.
So let’s make a pact to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
Introducing the Big Three Smackdown to address this wonderful yet sometimes frustrating time.

Chalk Talk Dates:
Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00pm
Friday, November 18th at 7:30am
Friday, November 25th through Monday, January 2nd
Goal: Address the challenging period between Thanksgiving and New Years by providing accountability and structure in a manageable way. It’s not an extreme challenge, and you should accept it!
Structure: No sugar (none, not even the natural stuff, including honey, Bones), workout 5x/week, limit alcohol to 3 days per week.
How: Athletes will be put on one of four teams. They will be responsible for logging their compliance in a team group document by Sunday night of each week. Athletes will use their teammates, challenge one sheet, and coaches for guidance, support, and accountability.
Materials: Athletes will receive a one-sheet outlining the three main components of the challenge and foods that are not included in the challenge.
