The 2016 Thanksgiving Day Shit Show Team Workout

In teams of four, complete: 
CranberryCluster
AMRAP 10 minutes:
Run 400m
then,
Take the remaining time to find your team’s one rep max cluster*
– immediately into –
Turkeys on the Prowl(er)

Run 400m
then, 

10 GHD sit-ups
50m Prowler Push
Max Synchronized Burpees**
– immediately into – 
Awkward Relative
AMRAP 10 minutes:
Run 400m
then,
With all team members working at the same time, max complete rounds of:
12 pull-ups
21 wallball
200m run
There is no rest between 10 minute segments. All team members will immediately head out the door on the 400m run at the 10 and 20 minute marks.

Workout Details

CranberryCluster
A cluster is a squat clean to thruster. The movement starts with the barbell on the ground. The athlete performs a squat clean and the movement finishes with the barbell locked out overhead. ONE barbell per team. Athletes may take as many attempts as desired within the allotted time.

Score: Your team’s score is the total combined one rep max loads lifted by each team membe]. 

Turkeys on the Prowl(er)
Divide your team of four into two teams of two. The first half of your team will start performing synchronized burpees. Your second team of two will perform a 25 meter prowler push to the GHDs, perform 10 GHD sit-ups, and then return the prowler 25 meters back to the burpee team. The teams will then switch. `

Score: The team’s score is total number of burpees completed. 

Awkward Relative
In this workout, all team members are working at the same time accumulating rounds of the workout.

Score: The team’s score is the total number of FULL rounds completed.
