CrossFit Roots Foundations Course Interview Group

We’re looking for volunteers to be part of a small group interview (recorded on video) regarding their experiences with the Foundations Course. This video will be put on our website and will serve as a resource for individuals interested in taking the Foundations Course.  Topics will include your fitness background coming in to Roots, your results after 1 month, and how the course affected your transition to or decision to join the group classes.  Think of it as a platform-side chat!

If you are interested in being a part of this exercise, please post to comments. Depending on how many people are interested, we may select out a few to get a good variety of athletic backgrounds, careers, families, and goals.
