The Paleo Showdown kicks off today. In short, the Paleo way of eating mimics the way our ancestors ate before the advent of agriculture and processed foods. Think about it, would you ever sit down and eat a bowl of flour? Most likely not! But many of us would consider eating the processed versions of this inedible ingredient such as bread, pasta, and rice. A good rule of thumb in finding real food: if you wouldn’t eat it as a stand alone food, then it’s probably not a real food!

Tuesday – Day 1 of the CrossFit Total. Come in from 6:30am to 9:00pm to earn your numbers.
