But I did recently read a tidbit from an article that was disturbing.. quoted from a book called &quot;The World is Fat&quot; which is all about obesity outweighing hunger in the world.  It said that the average American consumes 400 calories a day from beverages alone...
I&#039;d take a wild guess and say thats probably from white sugar .. 
So if you do the math ..
 1g Sugar= 4 calories just as 1g carb=~4 calories
400 calories/4 calories per gram of sugar= 100 g of sugar! gross!</description>

Standard US cinderblocks are 8&#039;&#039; high, so I&#039;m probably close to 17-18&#039;&#039;.   I looked up a vert jump calculator for grins and of course, it only evaluates performance for athletes under 30.    18&#039;&#039; is average for a 30 year old.    Let&#039;s see...17&#039;&#039; at 44?  I&#039;ll take it.</description>
