Do you consider strength to be one of your weaknesses? Do you just like doing a little extra lifting on top of your regular CrossFit attendance? Then look no further than the new 12-week strength cycle that begins Monday, October 30th.

Details

The class will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week from 12:30-1:30pm. There is not a prerequisite to attend this class and it is a specialty class included in regular membership. Please note that, due to low attendance, the additional strength class added to Mondays at 12:30pm will replace the current Monday Oly class at 9:30am.
The class will center around barbell lifts, including the back squat, front squat, deadlift, press, and row, as well as include work on the GHD.
