Join us once a week to practice getting upside down!

All skill levels are encouraged. We’ll work on hand-balancing techniques in handstands as well as other hand-balancing feats. Attendees can expect increased coordination and spatial awareness as well as an increase in upper-body strength and mobility. Each week athletes will receive an additional day of programming to continue their practice and complete during the week.

  • Dates – November 7th to December 12th
  • Meeting Times – Class meets Tuesdays at 6:30am for 6 weeks
  • Includes – 1 coached session and one extra day of programming provided each week.
  • Cost – $125 for Roots Members, $150 for Non-Members
