SCALE BACK YOUR TOTAL REPS TO MAKE FOR A PRODUCTIVE WORKOUT WITH REASONABLE INTENSITY.  FOR EXAMPLE, PERHAPS START AT 15 PULL-UPS AND 15 HANDSTAND PUSH-UPS. INTENSITY IS KEY. EGO IS THE ENEMY.
