Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Scale your rounds to insure intensity and balls to the wall efforts.  Scaled options: 3 rounds, 4 rounds OR five rounds: 300m run/20 box jump/20 wall ball.  35+ minutes means you should have scaled.

You too can compete in an Olympic Weightlifting competition. Whether you want to lift some heavy shit or just want to prance around in a singlet, you have options! The Harvest Open is November 13 and 14th. The in-house Roots Olympic weightlifting meet will be in early December!

The WTF Challenge is just around the corner!  The Challenge information sessions are coming up!  THIS Saturday from 10:30 – 11:30 and Wednesday evening (October 13th) from 7:00 – 8:00pm.

What will the information sessions cover?

Part 1: Personal Priorities and Eating
Carolyn Aibel has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.  She specializes in helping individuals develop and maintain healthy relationships with food and their bodies.  She will be giving a talk on how to make nutritional choices informed by your own personal priorities.

Part 2: The Challenge
How does this challenge work?  What are the rules?  How do I make sure I don’t accidentally mess up?  Come to find out!

Part 3: Buy-in
This will make more sense once you’ve learned about the challenge.
