Where to Go For What Games Info

How to find out the workout: go to the CrossFit Games site on Tuesday.  We do no know what time it will be announced on Tuesday.

How to be able to judge: You must watch this video AS WELL AS the video posted with the movement standards for each workout (posted with the workouts). If you plan to come and complete your workout on Thursdays, please plan to be able to judge another athlete as well as complete the workout.  We will need all hands on deck for these workouts.  We will take the movement standards very seriously.  If you are not comfortable with the phrase “no rep” then please let us know. Each judge will have to pass a series of movement standard tests to be able to judge.

What to do after the workout? After you complete the workout it will be your responsibility to log your time on the Games website in your account.  CrossFit Roots will log-on and verify times afterward.

From the CrossFit Games website: The workouts are varied and no one knows what they will be until they’re announced. The workout for the week will be announced each Tuesday, and all competitors have until the following Sunday to perform the workout and enter their results online.
