CrossFit Open Workout 2 – All the Details
It’s here! The second workout of the CrossFit Open was announced last night. Here’s what you need to know.
CrossFit Games Open 11.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
155 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
You have two options to complete this workout:
Option 1: Come to any group WOD class at Roots on Thursday. Simply sign-up as you would normally to reserve a space. All of the regular WOD classes will do the Open workout that day.
Option 2: Head on over to MBS CrossFit on Saturday to complete the workout, or give it a second go around. Here are the details straight from the MBS website:
MBS IS HOSTING THE OPEN THIS SATURDAY
This Saturday MBS will host the CrossFit Open workout #2 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Our friends from CrossFit Verve and CrossFit Roots will be joining us for the fun. Once the WOD is announced we will post instructions for sign up as well as heat times. You will have until 6PM Friday night to sign up for a Saturday heat time. The workout on Saturday CAN BE SCALED IF NEEDED. All CrossFitters are welcome and encouraged to participate.
We are looking for volunteers to help us run 60-80 people through the workout on Saturday. If you can volunteer, please shoot firstname.lastname@example.org an email.
