Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps 
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps 
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps 
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

Thrusters, Pull-ups, and Chicken

Come one come all to the final workout of the CrossFit Open!  We’ll run heats of the CrossFit Open Workout 11.6 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  Everyone is welcome – we will scale as needed!  A big shout out welcome to the folks fromCrossFit Verve and MBS CrossFit!

Please join us for a chicken potluck lunch immediately after the workouts at 11am.  Bring a salad to share!

Sign-up for a heat here! or just show up and we’ll get you in a heat.

How much?: We’ll have a drop-in donation box for visitng athletes at the athlete check-in table. Or you can buy a t-shirt or water bottle.

Parking: Parking is available on the streets around the shop. Your best bets are 8th Street and west of 8th Street. The parking lot next to Roots is a private lot – you will be towed.
