More Classes Added to Schedule

Be sure to glance over the class schedule in MBO this week for some great additions.

4PM Everyday:
We now have a 4pm WOD every day of the week, including tomorrow’s 4pm WOD which will occur simultaneously with the erg class.

WOD-18:
We’ve added WOD-18 a few times a week at varying hours.  This class is capped at 18 athletes and is co-coached by two Roots coaches.  There are 3 WOD-18s a week and while we plan to stick to 12/class as our standard, this class offers the coaches and athletes some variety, additional learning, and added adrenaline with the larger class size.  WOD-18s are Mondays at 5pm, Tuesdays at 8am, Wednesdays at 6:30am, and Fridays at 11:30am.

Oly:
We now offer Oly at 6pm on Mondays and 5pm on Wednesdays.  These classes occur simultaneously with a group class in the other training space.

Strength:
Strength class has been added to the schedule at 6:30am on Fridays and will soon be added at 6:00pm on Tuesdays.  Keep an eye out for the Tuesday addition next week.
