Today is the first day of the 6:30am strength class. Come join Ryan every Friday morning to train in unconventional ways to build unconventional strength! Class focus is on strength development incorporating moves from strongman training, powerlifting, the Olympic lifts, old time strongmen, grip specialists and many others! Want a better metcon?
