Developed by climber and CrossFit coach Dave Lee, the Ascent program delivers CrossFit training methodology to create strength and stability, rounding out imbalances climbers are plagued with.
The program utilizes gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman techniques along with conditioning to deliver an entirely unique training experience for climbers. The result: strong, flexible, and healthy climbers.
Schedule and Pricing
Mondays and Wednesdays – 7:00-8:00pm
2 day/week membership: $115/month
1 day/week membership: $68/month
Program Coach: Dave Lee
Dave Lee has been a climber for 12 years and a CrossFitter for 6. He has climbed rock, ice, and alpine routes throughout North America. Dave has been coaching CrossFit for 3 years, is a Level 2 Trainer, and graduated from CU Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Learn more.
