SAT Prep at CrossFit Roots allows for the combination of the benefits of CrossFit and deliberate, focused preparation for the SAT. The SAT Prep is beneficial for all sophomores, juniors, and seniors; it is appropriate for some freshmen. Sophomores and juniors can hone their skills for the PSAT in the fall (the test that decides National Merit Scholarship qualification). Juniors and seniors can prepare for the actual SAT.

SAT Prep and CrossFit will be coached by Trevor Gibson (Master in Ed, Stanford U., (3) years as high school math teacher and mentor, (1) year as college counselor).
