High School and Middle School

The High School and Middle School Programs share a common goal of increased athletic performance by making the teen athletes more explosive, more powerful, and stronger. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we can make each session appropriate for an elite high-school athlete and a teen simply looking to stay active and fit.

Schedule and Pricing

Winter Schedule (begins January 8th). Summer schedule to be released in early May. 

High School
M – 5pm
T – 4pm
W – 4:30pm
TH – 4pm
In addition, there is Teens Weightlifting at 4pm on Mondays (invite only)

Middle School
M – 5pm
T – 5pm
W – 4:30pm
TH – 5pm

Additionally, the HS and MS programs meet some Saturdays at 10:00 am.

Unlimited Membership, Middle School – $80/month

Program Coach: Trevor Gibson

Trevor is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) with a M.A. in Education from Stanford. He works on the CrossFit Headquarters Kids Seminar Staff, teaches at Casey Middle School in Boulder, and is an officer in the Marines Corps Reserves. He has been the director of the CrossFit Kids and Teens programs at Roots since 2013. Trevor believes that kids and teens thrive in a fun and hard-working environment. Learn more.
