The Middle School Program systematically develops metabolic conditioning, body awareness and control, speed, strength, and explosiveness. The program is designed for most 5th to 8th grade athletes. Coaches will help athletes and parents decide which group is best suited to their readiness and goals.

THE ATHLETIC OBJECTIVES: Improve athlete fitness, readiness for sport, and develop an appreciation for lifelong health and wellness. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. We create increased sport capacity by making athletes stronger, faster, and more explosive.
THE DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES: Whether a middle school aged athlete is headed for sports specialization in high school or casual sports/recreation, our prescription of broad, general fitness will set the stage for increased work capacity and decreased injuries. The CrossFit model provides a unique opportunity for kids to work hard and see positive results.
Middle School Program Cost and Sign-up:
8-punch card: $100
Unlimited classes: $75/month
- 15% discount if parent/guardian is a current Roots member
