We offer a variety of programs and services in addition to our CrossFit Membership. From Women's Only to Kids & Teens and Olympic Weightlifting Club, there's something for everyone.

 

Private Training

Private training has been shown to accelerate an athletes progress toward their goals. At Roots, athletes utilize private sessions exclusively or in combination with regular group class attendance. Many athletes find that a bit of one-on-one attention to address specific weaknesses, such as double-unders, butterfly pull-ups, or Olympic Lifting, further enhances their experience and success in group class workouts.

Meeting Times Private training sessions are scheduled between athlete and coach at all times during the day.

Women’s Only

The Women’s Only Program provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for women of all ages and abilities to experience the empowerment of CrossFit and explore their athletic potential. We help women achieve fitness goals such as building strength, increasing endurance, losing weight and more!

High School and Middle School

The Middle School Program and High School Program share a common goal of increased athletic performance by making the teen athletes more explosive, more powerful, and stronger. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we can make each session appropriate for an elite high-school athlete and a teen simply looking to stay active and fit.

Roots Kids

Roots Kids focuses on having fun and learning to love fitness. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive environment.

Competitors

The Roots Competitor Program is designed for those who chose to make CrossFit their competitive sport of choice. Whether your goal is to qualify for the CrossFit Regionals or do well in the CrossFit Open, this program – built around consistency, accountability, and shared suffering – will give you the tools to get there. Access to the program is granted after passing a performance, skills, and capacities test. The program is coached by Dave Lee and programmed by James Hobart and CrossFit.com.

CrossFit Endurance

Our Endurance Program builds tough and durable athletes. CrossFit is our strength and conditioning program, and running is our sport-specific training. Learn what it means to move with purpose! USAW Olympic Weightlifting Club

The Roots Oly Club is for weightlifters who want to train and compete in the sport of weightlifting. This is an all-inclusive training program designed to increase performance in the snatch and clean and jerk. Each training cycle lasts 3 months and there are 3 cycles per year. Corporate Program

Fit, healthy, and happy employees are more productive employees. Nutritional Coaching

At CrossFit Roots, we believe that nutrition is crucial to health and performance, both in the short and long terms. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to nutrition, improve your performance in a sport, make drastic changes to body composition, or need assistance with specific diets (Paleo, Macros, Zone, etc.) Coach Ali is here to guide and support you on your journey through personalized nutrition coaching. Ali focuses on commitment, consistency and support while providing the tools required to meet each athlete’s goals within their lifestyle.
