Step 1: Come in for a Free 1-on-1 Intro Session

STEP 1: COME IN FOR A FREE INTRO SESSION
Come sit down with a coach for a 45 minute intro session to learn about the CrossFit method, try out a workout, and learn how we coach and operate at Roots.

Intro Sessions are offered on a weekly basis:
Mondays at 6pm
Wednesdays at 1pm

STEP 2: SIGN-UP FOR A FOUNDATIONS COURSE
We start all of our athletes with a Foundations Course. The Course is offered in a small group or private setting.

Group Foundations:
A ten-session course designed to teach and familiarize you with the movements used in the group class, introduce you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, start you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health, and get you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes.

The Group Foundations Course begins the first Monday of each month and meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7pm for 10 sessions. Sign-up here.

Cost: $250 (includes a Roots t-shirt at the completion of the course)

Private Foundations:
Similar to the Group Foundations Course in regard to content and coaching, the Private Foundations Course is a great option for those whose schedules do not work with the current group Foundations Course time offerings or those who want to start with a program tailored to their specific needs. Private Foundations Courses are for 1 or 2 people.

  • 6 1-hour personal training sessions scheduled at times that work for you
  • Cost: $500 for 1-on-1, $390/person for 2-on-1 (includes a Roots t-shirt at the completion of the course)

STEP 3: NOW YOU’RE READY FOR GROUP CLASSES
After completing the Foundations Course you’re set to join Roots with a monthly membership and attend group classes. Group classes include the CrossFit Workouts of the Day (WOD) and specialty classes. Our classes are limited to 12 or fewer athletes and are one hour long.

Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability, and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own. Our group classes are limited to 12 athletes and are one hour long.
