STEP 1: COME IN FOR A FREE INTRO SESSION (OPTIONAL)
A 45-minute intro session to learn about the CrossFit method, try a workout, and learn how we coach and operate at Roots. This session is a great option if you’re intrigued by CrossFit but perhaps a little bit intimidated. Don’t worry, we know what it’s like!

STEP 2: SIGN-UP FOR A FOUNDATIONS COURSE
We start all of our athletes with a Foundations Course. The Course is offered in a small group or private setting.
Our Foundations Course is top-notch – you will leave knowing proper and safe technique and good form, how to do a kipping pull-up, and confident that you’re ready to join group classes.
The Course delivers on teaching and familiarizing you with the movements used in group class, introduces you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, starts you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health, and gets you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes.
GROUP FOUNDATIONS COURSE
A 9-session small group (limited to 8 people) course over three weeks. Includes one week of free membership at the conclusion of the course.

STEP 3: NOW YOU’RE READY FOR GROUP CLASSES
After completing the Foundations Course you’re set to join Roots with a monthly membership and attend group classes. Group classes include the CrossFit Workouts of the Day (WOD) and specialty classes. Our classes are limited to 12 or fewer athletes and are one hour long (excluding weekend classes).
Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability, and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own. Our daily class schedule offering is extensive. Come play for our team.
|UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP||We don’t do contracts because we think they’re lame. We give our athletes the flexibility to put their membership on hold for a period of two weeks or more at any given time. Put your membership on hold twice a year and it comes out to $180/month.||$200|
|UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FOR COUPLES||Love your partner and do CrossFit with them. It’s a beautiful combination. Couples receive $100 off their second membership.||$300|
