How Does it Work?
Complete Group Foundations Course
Start the CrossFit program in a Group Foundations Course. Choose to start on January 2nd at 5 or 6pm or January 16th at 5pm. Meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday for 4 sessions over 1.5 weeks.
Attend Group Classes
Attend group CrossFit classes with one of our five CrossFit Level 3 Certified Trainers.
Meet with Ali
Upon completing your Foundations Course, Ali will contact you for your Initial Nutrition Assessment. She will then work to create your personalized nutrition program.
Check-in With Ali
Check-in with Ali on a weekly basis regarding your nutrition progress and action items

What is the Foundations Course?
We start everyone with a Foundations Course! The Group Foundations Course is 4 sessions over a week and a half. The purpose of the course is to teach and familiarize you with the movements used in the group class, introduce you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, start you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health, and get you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes.
For this Special Offer, participants have the choice to attend a Group Foundations Course at one of three times:
January 2nd at 5pm Start Date (meeting January 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 9th)
January 16th at 5pm Start Date (meeting January 16th, 17th, 19th, and 23rd)

At CrossFit Roots, we believe that nutrition is crucial to health and performance, both in the short and long terms.
