Last Chance for Oly Meet

Today is your LAST CHANCE to register for the Roots Olympic Weightlifting meet.  Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or do them mostly when it’s during a WOD, this is a great meet for setting new PRs.

And, for those of you who don’t compete, remember you can always come Roots on your fellow athletes.

9:00 – warm-ups begin
10:00 – meet start time
