Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

If you’re looking for a pull-up bar, there is one at the park adjacent to the South Boulder Rec Center.  If you can’t do pull-ups bring something to use as a boost for jumping pull-ups.  There are three bars and the low one allows for jumping pull-ups.

If you are not able to get to a pull-up bar, substitute running for the pull-up intervals.
