The time is coming!  Keep an eye on your email inbox TODAY for the Processed Food Blows hydrostatic bodyfat testing sign-ups.  Sign-up for testing on either Wednesday, Oct 3rd or Friday, October 5th.

Also, mark your calendars to attend one of two overview sessions:
Sunday, September 30th at 6:30pm
Tuesday, October 2nd at 6:00pm

Finally, if you’re interested in doing a hydrostatic body fat test but did not sign-up for the challenge, you will be able to grab a spot starting Friday!
