This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.

One of the staples of our CrossFit program is to test our fitness. This helps us determine whether this black box style of fitness is working as well as helps to identify areas we need to improve. We do this through the benchmark Girls and Heroes and, more recently now, the CrossFit Open workouts from past years. After doing these workouts at the shop we flag them for a one, three, six, or one year retest to make sure we don’t lose site of it all. Keep logging your workouts so you have this information.
