Schedule and Events Update!

Paleo Potluck and Friday Workout
Come get in a Friday evening workout and show off your Paleo culinary skills.  This is your last meal before the challenge ends Saturday. Sign-up at the shop this week for either a main dish, side dish, dessert, or Paleo alcoholic beverage.  Can’t make the potluck but want to come for a workout?  No problem!
