9 bar muscle-ups
11 clean and jerks, 155 lb.

In the past, athletes have expressed to me that they don’t prefer partner workouts because they worry that they won’t contribute as much as their partner in the completion of the workout. But, in most partner workouts, it is specified that each partner, working one at a time, performs whatever amount of work that they can, and then athletes trade off.
The result, is that each athlete does a percentage of the workout that challenges them. If one athlete is faster or stronger than another then they will end up doing more work, but the athlete who is not as strong will still be challenged by either doing fewer reps with a heavier load or by having a little more rest between work efforts to recover and go hard again. Or if one athlete is better than another at one movement, they may contribute more reps in this area, and less in another area.
Horton is a great workout because it blends efforts of shared work, bar muscle-ups and clean and jerks, with work that must come from both athletes, the buddy carries.
