LIVE Workout Demo with Roots Members

In addition to our Thursday night LIVE show where we’ll break down the workout, we’ll also welcome two Roots members to the show who will do the workout. After they’re done, we’ll get their input, thoughts, and tips!

Join us on Facebook LIVE this Thursday evening at 7pm as we chat about 19.1 and welcome TWO Roots members to the show to do the workout and then chat about it afterward. We’ll be taking questions so be sure to send them in! Which two members are laying it all on the line? You’ll have to tune-in to find out!

Each Week of The Open

The Open has a consistent weekly schedule – check it out here so you’re in the know!

Thursday

The workout for the week will be announced on Thursday evening at 6pm (MST) from somewhere around the world. You can watch the Live Announcement here. After the workout is announced, CrossFit Roots will go LIVE on Facebook to chat about the workout and what to expect on Friday.

Later that evening, CrossFit Roots will post the heat times for Friday Night Lights via MBO. Please remember to sign-up for a Friday Night Lights heat.

Friday
We will offer two options to do The Open workout for that week. Option 1 is to do the workout in a group WOD class from 5:30am to 1:30pm. We will program The Open workout for every Friday for the five weeks. Option 2 is to come in the evening to the ever popular and super fun Friday Night Lights! The Friday Night Lights series features organized heats of the workouts that athletes can sign-up for. In addition, we have sponsors, prizes for athletes, a raffle, food, and drink – and tons of screaming fans ready to cheer you on to greatness!

Monday
If you missed your chance to do the workout on Friday, or you’re crazy and want to do it again, you have a second chance on Mondays. Come in at 11:30am and we will run organized heats of the workouts at that time.

Monday Score Submission
On Monday evenings at 5pm P.T. ALL score submissions are due. Please make it a habit to enter your score the day you complete the workout.
