Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:
40 wall-ball shots, 20 lb. to 10-foot target
30 cleans, 135 lb.

14.4 is a chipper! This is the first time we’ve seen a chipper in CrossFit Open history. And, it starts on an erg!

Heats will be 20 minutes long and will start at 4pm. We’ll see you there for a fun and exciting evening.
