Endurance WOD (at North Boulder Rec):¬† Swim: 4 x 100m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 100m/y + 3 x 200m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 200m. Recover 30sec for 100m/y. Recover 1 min for 200m/y WOD: Five rounds for time of: 95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps 21 Ring dips Big Ups to Eric’s sister Stefanie who just finished off her 3rd week at CrossFit Marina in Huntington Beach, CA. ¬†Stef, we can’t wait for you to come visit and pick an out-of-towner WOD!

    Yeah Stef! Keep up the great work. I have to be honest, I am getting a little nervous about the possibility of my girlfriend and my little sister kicking my ass on the same workout… I’m used to getting smoked by Fran, Helen & Nicole. I hope my ego can handle adding Stef, Emily, Molly, & Ivete to the list:-)

    Thanks guys!!! Just finished workout 16 this morning! I think the pic is from Friday’s “Tabata Something Else.” The fact that it literally looks like I’m praying for it to be over is what first tipped me off ;) And Eric, no matter what happens… I’m fairly confident that I will never out burpee you so you’ll always have that! :)
