Step One: Try a Class for FREE

Come in for any group class on Thursdays of each week to get a feel for what we do, who we are, and how we coach! This step is not required. If you know you’re ready to get started, skip to Step 2!

Step Two: Three Private Sessions

Email us to schedule your 3 private training sessions as part of your Get Started package.

Already a CrossFit Athlete?
