Put That Skill Work to WORK

Today’s workout includes knees to elbows – a skill we hammered away on for four months.

The rep scheme for today’s workout makes for very manageable sets of knees to elbows or a scaled version.  Take a moment to think back to all the skill work we did earlier in the year to help dial in what you might tackle for this workout.

– Can you do a set of 15 in a row?  Then go for the 7s in the workout.
– Can you do a set of 10 in a row?  Go for the 7s but break them into 2 or 3 sets from the get go.
– Have a great kip with a knee up that goes to your armpit?  Attack all 7 and focus on keeping the kip in the movement.

Obviously we’ll help you dial in your workout option at the shop but reflecting on what you did in the past will help make for the best effort!
