was 15 T2B too much? Noticed it was lowered to 10
Hey Jim, 15 reps took away from the intensity we desired each round. 15 reps would not have been too much but for most a break would have been needed to continue which was not the goal of the intervals for today specifically.
an awesome photo!
Props also to Shane for practicing what he preaches!
Hello! Is anyone going to be around at open shop on Sunday who can judge me doing 13.2?
Moishe, others and I will be around to judge 13.2 during Open Shop. I’m sure there will be quite a few people doing it with you.
Awesome, thanks!
