We are just under 2 weeks away from our global yearly benchmark series, The CrossFit Open. What better way to test all the hard work you’ve been putting in than a global 5-week series of workouts with other like-minded athletes.
It’s the only time we get to see how we stack-up in our age group, our gender, our gym, our state, our region, our country, our world. It’s a time to celebrate the camaraderie, the community, and the support of the place we call our gym. Join us!
