The Open is upon us. See below for a rundown of the four different options you have to get in your workout and record your score.
There are four different ways that you can get in your CrossFit Open workout. Each is a little different but all allow you to do the workout and submit your score by Monday at 5pm!
Friday Night Lights!
The main, and recommended, way to get in your CrossFit Open workout is at the weekly main event – Friday Night Lights! We recommend this because the energy is great, the support is incredible, and the vibe is untouchable.
If you’re not able to complete the Open workout on Friday night, you have three options to get it in:
Friday During Regular Group Class
Each week, Friday’s workout for all regular group classes will be the CrossFit Open workout. Please note, if you are an athlete who has the potential to qualify for Regionals (open division or Masters) you MUST arrange to have your own certified judge at the class.
Video Submission – Recorded Sunday During Open Shop
Each athlete has the option to submit their score via video submission. On Sundays, athletes will be able to utilize Open shop to video record their workouts and submit their score and video to the Games site.
Monday Make-up
Want another shot at the workout or were you away forĀ the weekend? Come in at either 6:30am or 11:30am for a make-up shot at the workout.
